Herb Dressing Mix
4 tablespoons dried parsley
3 tablespoons dried oregano
8 tablespoons dried basil
3 tablespoons dried marjoram
1/4 cup (65 g) sugar
2 tablespoons fennel seeds, crushed
2 tablespoons mustard powder
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
Makes 2 cups (150 g)

to make an Herb Dressing that's suited to your taste.
