M3 gear is biger than M2 and greater shear
capacities 。M2 accuracy is higher than M3,
M2 shear capacity is enough for laser cutting
machine.Bystronic and Trumpf machine also

Grider

Whole grider is made of Aviation Aluminum, which is more harder and

higher of the tensile strength.

Besides guide rail and pinion on grider, we also install another rail
straight ahead of it to strengthen the machine running, and protect the
laser head.
安装两条直线导轨和一条齿轮齿条，作用是什么？

Squareness test: Using marble sheet and Micrometer to test the

verticality of grider, the accuracy is less then 0.03mm of deviation.

1. SMC Proportional valve from Japan

(1) Automatically control 3 types of gas supply: O2, N2, Compressed air
(2) By this auto pressure control of cutting gas, it can easily and precisely control
the cutting gas pressure for different cutting shapes,greatly improve the cutting precision of small holes,
short line (such as small parts)
Remark: Valve control O2 pressure below 1MPA, Electromagnetic valve is the switch to control the gas,
Air and N2 using the same route.

2. Automatic Oil feeder

It can be programmed in CNC controller or control it manually, usually 240min-480min, and the
solenoid valves for exhausting control.
Which is use for lubricating the gear rack, running rail and other moving parts. To help reduce the
friction of moving parts surface, in the same time, it can help cooling, seal, antiseptic, antirust,
reduce the lost of power, clear the impurity, etc.

3. Warning alarm Lamp

It can warning operator when they operate the machine improper way.

4. Pneumatic feeding system and Turning ball

Pneumatic feeding system made material loading easier, no scratch on surface of metal sheet.
Turning ball with automatic control, covering all cutting table to protect cutting material sheet when loading.

5. Electric control box

Separate electric control box to keep clean of control system, drive and other components.
6. Air condition
To keep 260C temperature of electric box, extend the laser source and components lifetime running.
