The defendant went inside the back door of [the residence, which was open, and spoke with the homeowner. The honeowner advised he was Jatlowed to be there. While speaking with the subjects inside the defendant began yelling and screaming that someone in the residence stole his phone. The defendant proceeded to point a lack gun, later discovered to be a BB gun which looked like a real gun, a the first victim. me defendant was saying he was going to shoot the victim and everyone else inside the Jresidence. While inside the room the second victim came Ante the bedroom and the defendant began yelling at her and pointed the gun at her and was threatening to shoot her. Both victins stated they were in fear at the time of the incident and thought the defendant was going to shoot him. Upon law enforcement arrival the defendant proceeded to hide inside the residence after all subjects were ordered out of the residence. The defendant ignored multiple commands from Deputies over the PA, over the course of 5 hour: and proceeded to hide inside the residence. The defendant was later located hiding inside a crawl space under the trailer and detained. Next to where the defendant was located was crystal substance, which teated positive for methamphetamine. Post Miranda the defendant advised he had the BB gun on him and stated he never pointed it at anyone. He later advised us where he hid the BB gun inside the residence and it was collected.
