1. Replace/repair/cleaned all internal/external building lights fixtures and bulbs where needed

the four large overhanging trees

die in cold seasons or when someone stole them

Items for Discussion
1. Remove trees in the back behind property which my be deemed hazardous to the building. Remove
ivy from trees in the meantime

2. Add directional drainage piping for A/C units that purge water into the driveway


3. All doors same paint color

4. Stain fencing now that it has been pressure washed

5. Repair window and screen in laundry room, install door handle

6. Pour proper concrete drainage trench on side of parking lot from neighboring parking lot


7. Repair pot hole forming in parking lot


8. Repaint parking lines and number each parking space

9. Install opaque window film on lower fall of front entry door glass (limit visibility of package from the
street)
