Permissions
As my mum worked there, I was able to ask her when the rooms I need for filming are
available. She had told me that the main 2 halls are undergoing construction so I will only be
able to use the kitchen, hallway and nursery room if needed.

Lighting Information:
Florescent light bulbs
Large dual glass doors that let sunlight in.
Sound Information:
In the community centre there is currently
constant construction work going on, but this is
at the other side of the building
Power Information
There are 4 useable 250v power sockets
available.
Hazards
May be construction workers opening doors
and passing through
Solutions:
I will have the lights on and utilize the sunlight
that is coming in from the large doors. If this
still isn’t enough, I have some external camera
lights in my bag if needed, but I think the
sunlight and fluorescent lighting should be
enough.
Solutions:
I will be recording two minutes of silent
ambient audio in the outside because if
anything happens during the production like an
alarm/drill etc. I will be able to easily replace
the background sound.
Solutions: I don’t currently need any power as
all my equipment is running on NPF batteries
and AA batteries or other rechargeable
batteries that I will have already charged ahead
of the shoot, I will bring all necessary chargers
however just in case they either run out of
battery or I forget to charge something.

Warn all crew..
