and Business Consultant from Quantum Metal representing the Buyer/s from Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia are offering our “Business Services” in the purchase.
Product Description : 12.5 kg Gold Bullion Good Delivery Bar
Quantity : 500kg (12.5kg x 40)

We also would like to confirm Price /Discount/Commission

We also agreed with the transaction procedures. The Buyer confirms solemnly to the Seller as
follows:

 After the Buyer has returned the completed, signed and sealed this FULL CORPORATE OFFER
(FCO) and NCNDA, this will indicate The Buyer’s acceptance of The Seller’s procedures.
 The Seller will then issue the SALES AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT (SPA).
 After mutual agreement, The Buyer and The Seller will sign and seal the SALES AND
PURCHASE AGREEMENT (SPA) with their full banking coordinates.
 The Seller and The Buyer will lodge the completed set of documents at their respective banks.
 The Buyer will within five (5) banking days of signing of ‘SALES AND PURCHASE
AGREEMENT (SPA)’, instruct his/her bank to send the LC/DLC/BG/SBLC via SWIFT to the
Seller’s Fiduciary bank.
 Once the LC/DLC/BG/SBLC is received via SWIFT and confirmed at the Seller’s Fiduciary
bank, the Custodian Bank of the Gold will require the Buyer’s details for change of ownership
(Title).
 You (the Buyer) along with an assayer of your choice will then be invited to the bank for a
physical viewing/inspection of the Gold Bullion Bars at the bank depository within 10 banking
days. (You can also nominate your Bullion Officer to attend on your behalf if preferred).
 Thereafter, if buyer so desires, he/she may visit the Custodian bank in Singapore & inspect the
Gold. Seller will prepare all documents to export the Gold and the consignment will be handed
over to BRINKS. (Delivery will be made in 15 banking days).
 BRINKS will e-mail the consignment details to Buyer. BRINKS will ship the Gold to Buyer’s
nominated refinery in Singapore. Please note that costs for purity check of Gold Bullion Bars in
Buyer’s refinery are to be borne by you, (the Buyer) Once Purity checked at the refinery, the
refinery will email copy of Assay report to the Buyer & Seller.
 After the Assay report issued by the Buyer’s refinery, the Buyer will settle the full payment of
equal quantity of Gold Bullion Bars within 48 hours with the Seller / Title Holder of the gold
(via MT103/TT).
 Then the Title of ownership of equal quantity will be transferred to you (The Buyer).
 You (the Buyer) can transact on tranches as agreed between Buyer and Seller following the same
process. The commissions due will be paid by the Seller immediately and without delay to each
appointed Paymaster or Beneficiary after each tranche and as per the Terms and Conditions of
the SPA.

GENERAL

The Seller and Seller’s Mandate and The Buyer and Buyer’s Mandate hereby agree that the
information connected to this transaction must not and shall not be released to any person or
legal body, EXCEPT THOSE ENTITTLED TO KNOW ABOUT IT. DOCUMENTS ALL
TRANCHES OF AU METAL SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE FOLLOWING
DOCUMENTS:

a. Corporate Registration/License
b. Passport copies of principles
c. Proof of physical address
d. Commercial Invoice stating the value of the goods
e. Custom Clearance
f. Government Assay Report
g. Certificate of Assay for weight
h. Certificate of Origin
i. Certificate of Ownership
j. Declaration that goods are from non-criminal source and free of all liens
k. Export Permit
l. Original copy of the Airway bill
m. Flight number and date of arrival
n. Gross weight and net weight

TITLE

The Title of the GOLD BULLION BARS shall pass from The Seller to The Buyer immediately
upon the full settlement (receipt of payment in full to The Seller by the way of MT103/TT).

TIME LIMITATION

Within (5) banking days after signing of ‘Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA)’, for AU Metal,
the Buyer is obliged to provide its LC/DLC/BG/SBLC to the Seller’s Bank.
