Reported Problem: 1. Kitchen tap has water hammer, is leaking & split - probably replace 2. Bathroom basin is blocked - pipes
under basin have been checked may need to check
out side 3. Shower head drips.
Work Description: Replaced spindles and washers to kitchen taps that didn't fit properly, tested all ok. Found DT to be blocked
outside bathroom basin and shower, plunged and unblocked, shower all ok but basin was still blocked, used moflow and plunger,
unblocked 80% tried to use mini drain snake, too many bends. Cannot fully unblock without cutting outside pipe, owner is happy at
80%. Replaced washer in cold shower tap, tested and all ok.
