It is with great excitement that I am applying for the position of a TOGO team member here at
Chili’s. I believe that my past experiences, professionally, will give me the ability to succeed in
this position. I learned about this position from a mutual friend who told me to apply for the job.

I have been a customer at Chili’s many times before I planned on working here. I love the food
and think that everything I have had taste amazing. I have read about the qualities needed to be a
successful team member. I believe I check off most of the qualities. I can accountable,
hardworking, fast learner, and a great multitasker. Since I have experience with working in a
restaurant already, I believe this will set me up for success when starting this new job. If you put
any task in front of me, I will figure out how to accomplish it even if it takes asking many
questions. I want to learn new things that way I ama able to teach them in the future. With my
previous job, at the restaurant I worked at back home, the boss would tell me multiple times how
great I have been because I learned the system so fast. I am good at working from list so, if you
give me a list of side work and how much I need to get done I will make sure that gets done by
the time my shift ends. I get along with my co-workers and do not let any frustrations get in the
way. When I am at work, I leave my personal life outside and I do not let it affect my work or let
it get in the way.

It would really be an honor if I could become a part of the team. I think I could be a good asset. I
