On my 1st week it was January 25th 2021, The very first week of our observation we were
asked to submit our requirements that includes contract, curriculum vitae, medical
certificate and parent's consent. the parents were also asked to sign the consent if they are
agree to terms and conditions in our practice teaching.

January 27, 2021 the Head Teacher in High school department, Mrs. Angelene G. Zerrudo
led the orientation about our practice teaching followed by Teacher Abegail Panes and the
School Principal Dr. Agnes A. Taguines.

The orientation was all about the rules and regulation, duties and responsibilities,
requirements to be passed after our practice teaching that includes weekly journal,
narrative report, demo materials and etc.

Finally, 7 MAPEH students were divided into 2 groups. Me, Lucia Ann Bagsic, Jubilee
Praisel Lundang, Nicole Amurao were assigned to our Coordinating teacher Ms.
Concepcion Puno. While Ms. Ellaine Gail Malig, Irish Nogoy, Allan Jay Manalo were
assigned to coordinating teacher Mrs. Angelene Zerrudo.

WORK DONE

On the 2nd week of Practice teaching, we finally met our CT Ms. Maria Concepcion G.
Puno. The very first thing she taught was about how to use FlexEd about module making,
how do you upload it on flexed, making an exam, how do you grade your students.

Same day we were only observing her teaching grade 10 students about Bandaging
techniques.

Ms. Con demonstrate us how to do a lesson plan detailed and semi detailed.

The next day we were asked to do a semi-detailed and detailed lesson plan in Every
component of MAPEH.

Following day, we still continue to do our lesson plan.

On the last day of the week we were asked to think about our topic we will going to use in
our Final Demo.

My third week creating a PowerPoint for our final demonstration and making Modules.

Third week, we were still observing the class of Teacher Con grade 7. the topic was all about Music
of Islamic and Non-Islamic of Mindanao.

The second day of this week I was absent because I suffered vomiting and LBM.

Third day we continued to do the lesson plan and we do a DLL.

Teacher con had already given us a topic to be taught in next week. She gave me a topic in Music
which is the Wayang Kulit.

At the end of the week we start doing a PowerPoint Presentation and Module for our topic. Teacher
Con allows us to start doing our PowerPoint Presentation and the module that we need to put in the
flexed Ed. for our students. And this day teacher Con told to us that there is no class the next day
because it’s Chinese New Year.

My fourth week, we were able to do our module in COMLAB because I don’t have a laptop.

2nd day we observed our classmate to teach her lesson about History of Arnis and she did
well on her first day of teaching.

3rd day, Finally, I was able to teach my lesson in Music the topic is Wayang Kulit. The first 5
minutes of teaching I was so nervous and eventually I caught their attention and I felt confident
talking to them.

4th day, we haven’t finished our lesson plan in MAPEH so we continue to do it.

My 5th week of Practice teaching.

Monday, Teacher Con distributed our lesson to teach next week. She gave me a topic in Physical
education about Camping/Hiking. I made a module first. After that I also made a powerpoint
presentation.

Tuesday, Reviewing my lesson and finalizing my presentation.

Teacher Angelene called an immediate meeting regarding our graduation pictorial and Schedule for
our FINAL DEMO .

Wednesday. Typing all our lesson plan, Narrative report etc. to be passed on Friday.

Thursday, People power anniversary we didn’t have classes.
