1.Microteaching can be called as an innovation in an effort to prepare and improve the

competence of teachers compared to previous conditions. which is used as preparation for
students to become prospective educators, the benefit is to train each basic teaching skills that
must be possessed, before immediately appearing in the real class. Microteaching also makes
educators more courageous to teach because it has been honed to teach students. It focuses on
understanding and developing specific teaching skills and eliminating mistakes. This allows
understanding of the behaviors that are important in classroom teaching.

2. I prefer to practice using the micro teaching approach where I am taught through theory rather
than directly in the field because if I choose to go directly to the field without mental and
physical preparation and we as soon to be educators will teach more or less 30 students each
local that can cause distrust not yet fully mastered, fear of incompatibility, fear of failure , and
several other reasons. Microteaching may be used to relieve some of these concerns. it may have
learned many forms of basic teaching skills in theory, but you have never put them into practice
for the reasons mentioned above. Training with microteaching models will mitigate such
concerns . Microteaching allows each participant to try different types of teaching skills, such as
how to open good learning skills, without fear of making a mistake. When the practice is carried
out, it is under strict supervision . After you have mastered the approach then you can go straight
to the field .

3. In the learning process, teaching skills that contain elements of educational value that must be
applied by many teachers . that having preparation because they have to be learn because this
ability not just come, but must learn, repeatedly so that it becomes a positive habit for every
teacher in carrying out professional duties. gives a good enough contribution to preparation,
guidance and improvement of teacher professional abilities. Also to train our body language as a
simulator where friends become students . Skills to open, explain, provide variations in stimuli,
ask questions, gestures (sign language), giving feedback and reinforcement, and other skills. The
negative thing, in my opinion, is that we cannot guess the real thoughts of the students,
especially on the part they will ask us because each student has different characteristics. and it
really takes a long time to explore this approach because not everyone can master it .
