Answer the following questions.

Case Study: Out of Control

Q1: Describe the culture of Toyota Motor Corporation. Why do you think this
type of culture might be important to a car maker?

Ans:

Toyota is a well-recognized company which is considered as a growing car

maker in the world. To receive such an award, Toyota must have key values that
keep its employees strong and share widely. Based on the 2-5 exhibits, Toyota has a
team-based, creative culture that allows them to stay afloat even when taking risks.
This kind of culture can be important for carmakers because Toyota has an 11.7%
market share in the car industry and, despite the shift in organizational culture due to
poor modern risk when it comes to quality, other carmakers should They explore the
early culture of Toyota. Lead them to long-term success and growth.

Q2: How do you think a long-standing culture that had such a strong
commitment to quality lost its ability to influence employee behaviors and
actions? What lesson can be learned about organizational culture from this?

Ans:

There are many reasons for Toyota's organizational culture to change, and its
ability to influence employees' behavior and actions can be a major factor in
changing the organization. There are many facets to an organization's culture and
some of them can lead to strained relationships between Toyota and its employees.
When it comes to quality assurance, attention to detail is a must. The degree to
which Toyota employees demonstrated an overall commitment to accuracy, analysis,
and quality of car materials led to the decline of the standard cars they were
producing. However, not paying attention to detail leads to the fact that company
executives focus on results or results rather than how they achieve results.

If it were the workers who manufactured the car and the managers who had to
ensure the quality of the car before selling it at the dealership and if the managers
were making a profit or profit only, then the company's focus would have been weak.
This is the main reason why Toyota may have lost its ability to influence the behavior
and behavior of its employees.

One lesson to be learned from the Toyota case is that businesses need to realize
that you need to make a thorough analysis of quality sacrifices or any other key
factors that could negatively impact your entity's stakeholders. The risks and
consequences should also be examined to see if it is capable of working, and what
impact these risks and consequences will have on the company in the future. The
overall lesson is designed for companies and it teaches them that in order for an
organization to succeed and experience growth, it must gain in a low-risk manner.

Q3: Do you think it was important for MR. Toyoda to apologize for the
company’s decisions? Why? (Think in terms of the company’s stakeholders.)

Ans:

We strongly believe that it was necessary and necessary to apologize to Mr.

Toyoda. To publicly apologize to Mr. Toyoda for the company's quality flaws, the
public was shown that the company was indeed concerned about the deaths that
might have been caused by not paying attention to them. Due to the poor quality of
its description and results. It also showed that the company has a strong culture
where safety, credibility and honesty are key values that can be inculcated
throughout the organization.

The apology was also necessary because it allowed the company to state how it
would improve the quality of its products and outlined the company's future plans.
Toyota will be able to be more successful in the long run as it will help its
stakeholders to believe that the steps they have taken will lead to lasting
improvement in the organization as a whole.

Q4: what could other organizations learn from Toyota’s experiences about the
importance of organizational culture?

Ans:

Other organizations can learn a lot from Toyota's experiences about the
importance of organizational culture. We break the lessons in the form of
organization. If a company is a more stable company, they can analyze the problem
of Toyota and note that even though their company is more stable and solid, they
should adopt less risky modern techniques or strategies to be sure. To enable them
to maintain the organizational culture that has enabled them. Become a strong and
stable business.

When they talk about new businesses, they can analyze Toyota's experience and
understanding that building an organizational culture will also benefit their
stakeholders and enable them to become a very successful business in the future.
This is because companies like Toyota, which have a strong culture, are more and
more in touch with their stakeholders. What helps these firms bounce back when
they can fail due to ineffective risks?
