‫ﺗﺼﻨﯿﻒ ﺑﻨﻮد اﻻﻋﻤﺎل اﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮدة ﻓﻲ ﻛﻞ ﻋﻤﻞ و ﺣﺼﺮ ﻛﻤﯿﺎت ھﺬه‬
‫اﻻﻋﻤﺎل ﺑﻌﺪ ﺗﻔﺮﯾﻐﮭﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻗﻮاﺋﻢ اﻟﻜﻤﯿﺎت اﻟﺘﻘﺪﯾﺮﯾﺔ و اﻟﺘﻰ ﯾﺘﻢ ﺗﻔﺮﯾﻐﮭﺎ‬
‫ﻓﯿﻤﺎ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺑﻘﺎﺋﻤﺔ اﻟﻜﻤﯿﺎت اﻟﺘﺜﻤﯿﻨﯿﺔ ﺣﯿﺚ ﯾﺘﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﻨﮭﺎ ﻣﺎ ﯾﻌﺮف ﺑﺠﺪول‬
‫اﻟﻜﻤﯿﺎت‪.‬‬
‫و ﯾﺘﻢ اﺛﻨﺎء اﻧﺠﺎز اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع ﻋﻤﻞ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﺎت ﻟﻼﻋﻤﺎل اﻟﺘﻰ ﯾﺘﻢ ﺗﻨﻔﯿﺬھﺎ‬
‫ﺣﯿﺚ ﯾﺘﻢ ﺣﺼﺮھﺎ و ھﻲ ﺗﻤﺜﻞ اﻟﻜﻤﯿﺎت اﻟﻔﻌﻠﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﻰ ﺗﻢ ﺗﻨﻔﯿﺬھﺎ و ﻋﻠﻰ‬
‫اﺳﺎﺳﮭﺎ ﯾﺘﻢ ﻋﻤﻞ اﻟﺪﻓﻌﺎت ﻟﻠﻤﻘﺎول او ﻣﺎ ﯾﻌﺮف ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺴﺘﺨﻠﺼﺎت‪ .‬و ھﺬا‬
‫اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ھﻮ ﻣﻨﺎط ھﺬه اﻟﻤﺤﺎﺿﺮات‪.‬‬
‫و‪ -‬ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ ﻃﺮح اﻟﻌﻄﺎءات و اﻟﺘﺮﺳﯿﺔ‬
‫ﺑﺎﺗﻌﺎون ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﺎﻟﻚ و اﻻﺳﺘﺸﺎري ﯾﺘﻢ اﻻﻋﻼن ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮح اﻟﻌﻄﺎء‬
‫ﻟﻠﺘﻨﺎﻗﺺ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻘﺎوﻟﯿﻦ و اﺗﺨﺎذ ﻗﺮار ﺑﺘﺮﺳﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع ﻋﻠﻰ اﺣﺪھﻢ و‬
‫ﻓﻲ ھﺬه اﻟﻤﺮﺣﻠﺔ ﯾﺘﻢ ﺗﺤﺪﯾﺪ ﻧﻮع اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﺎﻟﻚ و اﻟﻤﻘﺎول و ﺗﺤﺪﯾﺪ‬
‫ﻣﻌﺎﯾﯿﺮ اﺧﺘﯿﺎر اﻟﻤﻘﺎول اﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻟﺘﻨﻔﯿﺬ اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع‪.‬‬
