ﺗﺼﻨﯿﻒ ﺑﻨﻮد اﻻﻋﻤﺎل اﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮدة ﻓﻲ ﻛﻞ ﻋﻤﻞ و ﺣﺼﺮ ﻛﻤﯿﺎت ھﺬه
اﻻﻋﻤﺎل ﺑﻌﺪ ﺗﻔﺮﯾﻐﮭﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻗﻮاﺋﻢ اﻟﻜﻤﯿﺎت اﻟﺘﻘﺪﯾﺮﯾﺔ و اﻟﺘﻰ ﯾﺘﻢ ﺗﻔﺮﯾﻐﮭﺎ
ﻓﯿﻤﺎ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺑﻘﺎﺋﻤﺔ اﻟﻜﻤﯿﺎت اﻟﺘﺜﻤﯿﻨﯿﺔ ﺣﯿﺚ ﯾﺘﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﻨﮭﺎ ﻣﺎ ﯾﻌﺮف ﺑﺠﺪول
اﻟﻜﻤﯿﺎت.
و ﯾﺘﻢ اﺛﻨﺎء اﻧﺠﺎز اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع ﻋﻤﻞ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﺎت ﻟﻼﻋﻤﺎل اﻟﺘﻰ ﯾﺘﻢ ﺗﻨﻔﯿﺬھﺎ
ﺣﯿﺚ ﯾﺘﻢ ﺣﺼﺮھﺎ و ھﻲ ﺗﻤﺜﻞ اﻟﻜﻤﯿﺎت اﻟﻔﻌﻠﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﻰ ﺗﻢ ﺗﻨﻔﯿﺬھﺎ و ﻋﻠﻰ
اﺳﺎﺳﮭﺎ ﯾﺘﻢ ﻋﻤﻞ اﻟﺪﻓﻌﺎت ﻟﻠﻤﻘﺎول او ﻣﺎ ﯾﻌﺮف ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺴﺘﺨﻠﺼﺎت .و ھﺬا
اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ھﻮ ﻣﻨﺎط ھﺬه اﻟﻤﺤﺎﺿﺮات.
و -ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ ﻃﺮح اﻟﻌﻄﺎءات و اﻟﺘﺮﺳﯿﺔ
ﺑﺎﺗﻌﺎون ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﺎﻟﻚ و اﻻﺳﺘﺸﺎري ﯾﺘﻢ اﻻﻋﻼن ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮح اﻟﻌﻄﺎء
ﻟﻠﺘﻨﺎﻗﺺ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻘﺎوﻟﯿﻦ و اﺗﺨﺎذ ﻗﺮار ﺑﺘﺮﺳﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع ﻋﻠﻰ اﺣﺪھﻢ و
ﻓﻲ ھﺬه اﻟﻤﺮﺣﻠﺔ ﯾﺘﻢ ﺗﺤﺪﯾﺪ ﻧﻮع اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﺎﻟﻚ و اﻟﻤﻘﺎول و ﺗﺤﺪﯾﺪ
ﻣﻌﺎﯾﯿﺮ اﺧﺘﯿﺎر اﻟﻤﻘﺎول اﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻟﺘﻨﻔﯿﺬ اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع.
