Questions:

1. Tell me about yourself?

I’m Chris Amiel Bugna, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology but currently
studying Masters in Information Technology at De La Salle University.

2. Tell me something about BPO and how it works?


Business process outsourcing (BPO) is a type of outsourcing in which a third-party service provider
is hired to perform one or more of a company's business functions. Back office and front office
activities are outsourced to BPO vendors.

3. Why do you want to join a BPO?

Technology is constantly changing. As a result, BPO firms are open to new job prospects and
ventures. Freshers entering the BPO/ITes industry now can easily double their productivity in the
long run.

4. Why should we hire you?

For me, BPO has always been a career choice because it exposes you to a new area and allows
you to improve your personality and communication skills. Apart from that, the BPO industry is very
diverse.

5. What do you mean by inbound and outbound process?

Outbound process—the act of making telephone calls to customers.


Customer service inbound - The method of accepting calls from customers.

6. Why do you want this job? or Why do you want to join BPO?

Since business process outsourcing provides an excellent opportunity for job development and
advancement. Additionally, it provides excellent global visibility. It is a very stable sector and an
industry that is rapidly growing. That is why I wish to pursue a career in this field.

7. Can you work night shifts?

Without a doubt. I am single, live alone, and have no objection to working hours that differ from the
traditional nine-to-five.

8. Are you willing to relocate?

I am willing to move for the right opportunity. This place and business, I believe, represent the
potential.

9. What are your salary expectations?

My pay standards are reasonable in light of my experience and credentials.

10. Do you have any questions for us?
