GAME RULES:
Each person in the car chooses a different page in their passport that has a
bingo card. During the road trip, as the players spot numbers on license plates
that are on the card (eg. License Plate: 315N WPR would complete a square: 31
or 15 on your card). When they find the number, they mark off that square on
the bingo card. The first person to get a full row completed (either horizontally,
