Shastri Sarani, Diamond Plaza, Jessore Road, Bangur Avenue, North 24 Parangas west Bengal-
700055 (do hereby solemnly affirm and declare on oath as follows:

1. That the State Bank of India, a Bank established under State Bank of India
Act,1955 having its Branch at Pirangut (hereinafter referred to as Bank) has at my
request granted/and/or agreed to grant Education Loan Of Rs._7,50,000________/-
( Rs.__Seven lakh fifty thousand___ only ) to me inter alias and hence, this affidavit is
being sworn by me to satisfy the Bank about my worth/financial position.

3. We have not availed of any loan from any other financial institution i.e. Bank, Patsanstha,
Pvt. Financial firm, lending institution or Person for this purpose/project. In future also
I/we will not avail any loan from anybody against these assets. In case I/we dispose of
these assets I/we will deposit the sale proceeds of farm produce in the bank immediately.
 In case I/we did not deposit the sale proceeds with the bank I/we am/are liable for
criminal proceeding against me/us as this amount to deceiving the bank.

4. That I/we will not open any account with any other Bank/Financial Institution without prior
permission of the Bank in writing.

5. That I/we unconditionally agree that in the event of default in repaying the loan as per the
terms & condition the Bank is legally entitled to take possession of assets & dispose it off
to anybody at reasonable price decide by the Bank without intervention of the court and
appropriate the proceeds to the credit of my/our loan amount.

6. That I/we am/are making this solemnly declaration sincerely and conscientiously
believing the same to the true and with full knowledge that i.e. on the strength of this
declaration that the State Bank of India, Pirangut Branch has agreed at my/our request to
grant the following facilities.

7. That I undertake and declare further to notify to the State Bank of India,

Pirangut Branch, any change, whether by way of increase or diminution, in the assets /
liabilities as detailed above every year by Oct.
