Type of emergency Drill: Notification / Alert Scenario

Method:
 Fall From Height  Intercom  At 16:00HRS at office alarm started.
 Fire  Phone  Upon hearing the alarm, Office fire
 Gas Leak  Verbal warden (TR) inform to the emergency
 Electrical  Fire Alarm hot line number by phone.
 Trauma  Sub-contractor by Air
 HOTLINE NUMBER informs TR HSEM as
 Excavation collapse horn
 Confined space
well as ERT team.
 Heat stress  TR HSE Manager informs to TR site
 Office evacuation Manager and GE HSEM.
 Others  Meanwhile, other building fire wardens
………………………………… (subcontractor) start evacuating the
people from buildings.
 The electrical supply for the affected
building will be shut down.
 Fire warden search the occupants
rooms and report to HSEM.
 ERT/Firefighting team will arrive at the
scene
 Incident Commander instruct ERT
leader/ Fire Fighting Team to start
extinguishing the fire.
 Security will control the entrance to
avoid any personnel entry to site.
 Medical Team arrives at the scene,
deployed and awaiting for instruction of
Incident Commander
 The Fire wardens and HSE officer do the
head counting at the assembly area.
  The fire will be brought under control
and completely extinguished.
 The incident area will be evaluated by
ERT Leader and report to incident
commander that the fire will
extinguished completely.
 Fire warden/ HSE will report to Incident
commander that no missing person
reported
 Incident Commander announces “ALL
CLEAR” by rising the airs horn.–i.e. drill
is finished.
 Post drill debriefing will be conducted.

Note: Office and nearby area only involving this drill (Site employees are not participating this drill)

Te Test the awareness and response of the employees and how to act in response to an emergency situation.
