AL 01 3 Voltage on YV7,YV9 and wire n°3 ( input B+ ,see if wire
100 and 3 are not inverted), Bad connection on wire n°26
If all the lights are on , ZAPI controller must be changed
AL 06 6 Serial Card or bundle or upper control box supply board
( wire n°58) , Connection problem on serialcard bundle 7
( 37 , B13/38 , B5/39 , A3/40 , B1/41 , B12/51 , A7/52 , A6).
AL 13 6 EEPROM pb ( Zapi defective)
AL 32 3 Lower voltage pb with the power applied( Zapi defective)
AL 37 4 Main contactor blocked ( Cut out battery contact open or
defective ).
AL 38 4 Main contactor open by the microswitch
(Battery cut out defective)
AL 49 5 I=0 A EVER Nul current always ON
( Zapi defective)
AL 53 5 High current OFF (Zapi defective)
AL 60 3 Capacitors don’t start to load when key selector is ON
(250A Fuse)
AL 62 9 Zapi internal temperature too high (> 75° Zapi defective)
AL 66 8 Flat battery
AL 73 1 Short circuit on valve , main contactor or buzzer.
AL 74 4 Short circuit on main contactor pilot
( PB Zapi pb or contactor coil)
Wire n°19 disconnected on terminal 9 , forward drive on
hydraulic bloc , Zapi defective if relay energised himself.
Bad connection on battery charger).
AL 75 4 Main contactor pilot don’t close
(Zapi defective or contactor coil)
AL 78 2 High Accelerator doesn’t work (joystick pb)
Check if potentiometer is supplied on terminal 51/52 and
output on 39
AL 79 2 Starting procedure not OK(joystick connection)
AL 80 2 Double start ( Serial card or joystick)
AL90 YV6 coil defective or bad connection
( Wire 25/7 R = 75 ohms)
AL 93 Drivers 2 KO SIC, Pb on the small bundle between MDI
and lower control box.
AL 94 6 Control micro doesn’t dialog with SIEMENS micro(Zapi
defective )
AL 95 7 Pressure switch alarm
AL 98 0 The hours between MDI and Zapi doesn’t match *
Lower Emergency stop auxiliary contact defective
AL 99 6 Scheduled maintenance on
Note : If no alarm code and the red and the last green led are ON ( Zapi is defective)

Alarm 01 : If all the green leds are ON ( Zapi is defective)

Check terminal on YV7
Disconnect YV7
Take the coil from YV1 for test
If no more defect , the coil must be replaced , if not check the connection on
the bundle terminal .
Check pin on wire 26 ( bad contact).

Alarm 98 : When the MDI or the Zapi have been changed , this alarm could appear .In
this case leave the machine ON during 1/4h , then the communication will be reset
automatically.

Steering problem : The YV5 a/b is on but no steering , then check if the priority valave is
not blocked by pollution .

Driving problem : Check shunt between wires 31 and 5.

Check terminal 36 ( wire 31) on Hirschman plug.

Some tips :
Scissors lift ( YV1 + YV6).
Scissors lowering : > 1.7 M ( SQ1 at 0 , wire n°29 à 0)
YV7 + YV9 ( and YV8 for C12)
< 1.7 M ( SQ1 at 1 and wire 29 at 1)
YV7 ( and YV8 if C12).
Driving Small Speed Forward ( YV2B + YV6)
Small Speed Reverse ( YV2A + YV6)
High Speed Forward ( YV2B + YV3 + YV4 + YV6)
High Speed Reverse ( YV2A + YV3 + YV4 + YV6)
Steering Left YV5A
Right YV5B.
