2 GENERAL NOTES AND SPECIFICATIONS:

1. All electrical materials, equipment and wiring methods shall be done in accordance to plans and specifications herein
contained and shall be in conformity with the provisions of the latest edition of the Philippine Electrical Code, the
wiring method allowed in the PEC context shall be used to encased/protect wires for branch circuits. Service entrance conduit
requirements of the local government unit concerned and the electric utility company.
2. All electrical materials shall be new, and of the make, type, and description specified by the electrical engineer. All
electrical installations, circuits, controls, and equipment shall be in proper operating condition before the work
