    Dear Judge Garaufis:

    I am a solo practitioner and private counsel for defendant Frangesco Russo. By


    this letter, I am respectfully requesting that I be immediately relieved as Mr. Russo’s
    lawyer. Mr. Russo recently notified me that he is financially unable to pay me going
    forward to represent him in connection with this complex case. There has also been
    a breakdown in the attorney-client relationship between us necessitating this
    application.

    Mr. Russo has asked me to request that Your Honor appoint CJA counsel to
    represent him in my place and stead.
