NONCOMPETE AGREEMENT 

 
Fudzbyneney: Custom Cakes and Pastries. 
 
This noncompete agreement is made and entered into by and between, ​Lynette 
Marey E. Apolinario ​(First Party), of legal age, S​ ingle (​ Civil Status), ​Filipino 
(Nationality), O​ wner of Fudzbyneney ​ (Work Position)​ ​, ​and with residence and 
postal address at:​ Blk 532 Lot 48 Phase 9 Gardenia St. Heritage Homes Loma de 
Gato Marilao, Bulacan, Philippines, 3019  
And 
Chabilo K. Sundae​ (Second Party), ​of legal age​, Single (Civil Status), Filipino 
(Nationality), P ​ astry Chef (​Work Position)​ and with residence and postal 
address at:​ Blk 2 Lot 6 Kalamidad St. Santiago Village Barangay Pilo 
Meycauayan City, Bulacan, Philippines, 3020​, dated M ​ arch 23, 2021​.  
 
During this agreement, C ​ habilo K. Sundae ​(Second Party) guarantees 
Fudzbyneney: Custom Cakes and Pastries. Not to enter, engage, provide 
services and to be a representative of any of the possible businesses related to 
Fudzbyneney or a business with similar nature with it. This agreement certifies 
that the Second Party will and only will represent Fudzbyneney: Custom Cakes 
and Pastries exclusively. The second party must remain honest and faithful to 
the first party all the time. The second party must not accept any bribe or 
solicitations from any person, form, company in exchange of voiding this 
agreement.  
 
This agreement is effective from the stated date above up to ​3 (​ Number of 
Years). 
 
This agreement cannot be terminated during the duration of the contract. 
 
This agreement is exclusive for Fudzbyneney’s employees and business 
partners only.  
 
If this agreement has been violated by the second party, legal sanctions may or 
may not be enforced.
