# Career Summary: Serving Ammonia plant ‘front End section’ Operation
department of Chittagong Urea Fertilizer Ltd. A Government Enterprise under
Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (BCIC) of 1700 MT Urea and 1000
MT Liquid Ammonia per day production capacity as a skilled operator
independently in a position to control. Different types of parameters, handling
motors, compressors etc. My duties include zero check calibration, valve overall,
pressure, flow, pump, and Loop checking. I am capable to identifying equipment
Malfunction and Liaise with Maintenance group for trouble shooting and
minimize break downs. During long service period gathered sufficient knowledge
on compressors, Blowers, Fans, Cooler, Chiller, Economizer etc, also keep good
communication with upper base in every situations mention above.

Serving Urea plant my duties is TEC & MTC Design D improved process 1700
MT/per day Urea plant. I have acquired sufficient knowledge operation of control
system different types of pumps, compressor, Air compressor high frequency
motor driven Re-cycle solution feed pump, turbine driven ammonia feed pump etc.
Serving Bagging plant (FPD) my duties is operate the bagging plant, bulk loading
equipment, D dusting plant, conveyor belt system, coating agent system, screening
system, crushing system, air heating, jetty facility ETC.

On the other hand I have promoted as a administrative officer on 27-10-2013.

Now serving in administrative officer I am engaged with Transport, estate and
common service.

Job Information :
Especially I work in the Rear End section under Ammonia plant Regularly I
operate control panels (Both control and local control panel) Comprising highly
sophisticated and control of instrumentation on the control panels.

Regularly I monitor on shift in the assigned operating area. The operation of

Processing plant and all equipments. Includes regular inspection of Operations
adjustment of variety of valves and switches. Maintaining all equipments and
taking Analysis log readings from a variety of gauges and Indicators.

Generally I operate Ammonia Control panel Monitors in Rear End, Compressors

and front end section and supervise Maintenance jobs safety regulation.
