OIL, thus saves oil

achievement particularly

for CEE DEE

VACUUM and in

general for national

economy.

The benefit of this

system compared to

normal fuller's earth is

that the refining medium

can be re-activated

(renewed) 250-300

times before a recharge

is required thus giving

maximum output on

minimum input.

On its operation, plant is

every inch

environmental friendly

and in no way harms the

environment.

A comprehensive visual

audible working alarm

system is filled in the

plant, which is

automatically

maintained, and

controlled by PLC and

on its operation gets

connected with a

computer which

reveals/depicts all the

necessary information

with regard to its

operation, efficiency,

flowrate, temperature

Moisture in oil etc.

The principle of the

plant is to desludge the

accumulated acids,

moisture and gases by

processing on-line

which works on high

vacuum and low

temperature.

First Transformer ever done in India, was 23.5 MVA, at Mettur Dam, the oil test report were

tested by CPRI. The Transformer was manufactured by Italian Company and was

installed/commissioned in Mettur in 1964.

Demonstration was displayed to Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Co. on On-line

Regeneration of Transformer Oil at 132 KV Narayangaon substations. CEE DEE VACUUM

started the job on 14th November 2007 and accomplished on 23rd November 2007 giving
 excellent results, conforming to all the specifications of new oil. The test was conducted by M/s

B.R. Industrial services (Transformer Oil Testing Laboratory) Panvel, Mumbai (an authorized

Testing Laboratory of Mahatransco) reports that the Treatment of quality of oil has improved

considerably and it is felt no further corrective action is required.

   
3) The CPRI result indicates the improvement in oil result, which is well within IS-335 standard.

CEE DEE VACUUM is fully equipped with manufacturing and designing of Vacuum Pressure

Impregnation Plant of any capacity with latest and sophiscated technology to be put into use and

have supplied such plants to clients with in the country and exported as well.

Worthwhile to mention here that a big/largest size Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Plant was

manufactured by CEE DEE VACUUM with diameter of 5 meters and height 4 meters has been

exported to Kuwait. This was a biggest plant ever manufactured by an Indian manufacturing

Company vis-à-vis any Asian Company. The said plant is working to its full potential since its

Installation and Commissioning without any abnormality.

This being a biggest achievement for CEE DEE VACUUM having the capacity/potential to go in for

manufacturing of Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Plant of any capacity with use of latest technology.

As Cee Dee being the Pioneer in manufacturing and design.

CEE DEE VACUUM has supplied the plant to Dr. Beck - a pioneer in manufacturing of resin and is

also in race with Bharat Bijlee, Areva, Jindal Steels vis-VIS Enercon Ltd, Railways, etc. and other

prestigious and renewed manufacturing organizations with regard to manufacturing of Vacuum

Pressure Impregnation Plant.
