The HP EliteBook x360 830 G6 Notebook PC is the predecessor to the newly released HP EliteBook x360 830 G7 Notebook PC.
This new release aims to build on the reputation of its predecessor while maintaining many of the same characteristics.

Key Features
The HP EliteBook x360 830G7 Notebook PC is a slim and lightweight convertible that features a 13.3-inch touch
display panel. The notebook supports FHD panel technology and supports a camera privacy shutter.

Key features for the notebook include:

• Intel 10th Gen (Comet Lake-U) processors: Low-powered SoC processors featuring 14nm architecture, drawing 15W TDP,
and support for high memory speeds, DDR4-2666 MHz.

• Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 adapter: Provides wireless connectivity through 2 x 2 MU-MIMO antennas over the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands.

• Intel BT Audio Offload Technology: Enables customers to use a Bluetooth headset to talk when connected to a voice call and
video chatting app, for example Skype 2020.

• Windows 10 April 2020 update (OS Version 2004): Latest version of windows that offers a few new features including
improved disk usage for Windows search and a cloud download option.

Compatibility
The HP EliteBook x360 830G7 Notebook PC supports up to three independent display monitors with the use of the HP USB-C/A
Universal Dock G2 or HP Thunderbolt Dock G2. Both docks are compatible with the notebook and are available as AMO or DIB
accessories.

Software
The notebook can ship preinstalled with the following operating systems:

• Windows 10 April 2020 Update (OS version 2004)

• FreeDOS 3.0

The notebook features the Spring 2020 Commercial Software Build.

Service and Support Considerations

Scope of support
The HP EliteBook x360 830G7 Notebook PC supports the whole hinge-up repair strategy in all regions that the notebooks ship to.

Warranty
The HP EliteBook x360 830G7 Notebook PC supports the standard 1 and 3-year HP warranty:

• 1-1-0—All regions Except Australia and India

• 1-1-1—Australia and India only

• 3-3-0—All regions Except Australia and India

• 3-3-3—Australia and India only

• 90-90-0—All regions

Optional HP care packs will be supported.
