Task Organization:
COCC Headquarters
The COCC Headquarters will be headed by the COCC Cadet Officer In-
Charge (COIC) assisted by the Assistant Cadet Officer In-Charge (ACOIC) and the
Staff Officers. These staff positions will be composed of the S-1 (Personnel), S-2
(Intelligence), S-3 (Operations and Training), S-4 (Logistics) and S-7 (Civil Military
Operations).
Training Units
The COCC unit shall be composed of UP Baguio sophomore students of AY
2015-2016 who have taken MS 1.

I. SITUATION
A. General
This outlines the training memorandum for the conduct of the training of
the Cadet Officer Candidate Course (COCC) 04.

E. Assumptions
1. There will be minimal conflict with the schedule of the training days,
(e.g. exams, university events and field trips.)
2. Bad weather will not interfere with the training schedule.
II. MISSION
The UP Corps of Cadets will conduct a Cadet Officer Candidate Course which
shall be composed of two phases (Academic Phase and On-the-Job Training for
Batch 04 from 8 February 2016 to 27 February 2016) at the UP Baguio campus to
produce competent cadet officers for the next semester.

ACOIC, but all Cadet Officers, with the supervision of the COCC
Tactical Group, must be able to conduct at least 1 lecture with the
COCs throughout the course. Cadet Officers who will conduct the
lectures will be as prescribed by the Program of Instruction (refer to
Annex B).

graded test results of the COCs.
2. Policies concerning the conduct of all matters pertaining to
administration shall be formulated by the S-1.
