Installation Details
The installation of terrace garden system is done on podium over basement & terrace garden at
the eighth floor. After surface preparation, Typar® is laid over horizontal area till coving, spot
bonded. The Roofliner is spot bonded to horizontal surface & fully adhered to vertical area using
contact adhesive. After this, another layer of Typar® is applied over Roofliner. This is overlaid
with interlocking drainage cell, which is covered with Plantex®. The termination of Roofliner over
PVC is done using adhesive & black butyl tape. The termination of Roofliner over the vertical
areas is as per the shown figure (with Typar® on top of liner).
