    RE: REMOVAL OF PERSONAL ITEMS ALONG COMMON AREAS

    NOTICE

    Please be reminded that all Unit Owners / Tenants are not allowed
    store / place any personal property on the MSC Common Area, including
    Hallways, Car Park or Staircases. These Common Areas are considered
    exit corridors which the Fire Code requires to be free of obstructions that
    can hinder personnel from exiting the building during an emergency.

    Starting March 22, 2021, all personal property placed in the Common
    Areas will be considered abandoned and discarded without notice.
