1. Choose at least one financial market you intend to invest with. (Stock Market)
 The Financial Market that I would like to invest is obviously in the
stock market , because it common and simple here in the Philippines
which you can just buy and sell a company’s shares.
2. Discuss the chosen financial market
Because, it is commonly well-known in the business world one which you can
buy and sell a portion of an organization or a company’s shares. Since, here in
the Philippines stock market have been a skyrocketed investment that many
business organizations are entitled to start with. For me, in the field of
business it is pretty much the easiest ways for a beginner to start a business
or to earn some revenues. Thoroughly, you must think it carefully in choosing
a stock market because a lot of organization rendered in these kinds of
activity which they have been failed because of the law of demand and supply,
as a businessman you must considered the determinants that can hindered
your going up hill revenue and to make it precise you must know the risk that

multiple investment under stock market. To end this, this is the most simple

nature of its borrowings and its underlying business and it is natural for all company that
they must know all of the fundamental risk that can fluctuate your earnings. The
following are the risk involve in financial market investment; Liquidity risk is the risk that
the entity will not have sufficient funds available to pay creditors and other debts.
Funding risk is most often faced by highly rated large-volume borrowers who issue debt
securities. Interest rate risk is the risk that movements in variable interest rates will affect
financial performance by increasing interest expenses or reducing interest income.

E.g. San Miguel Corp.
Type of financial Market investment that I like to invest with is the food company
named “JOLIBEE” because it is family oriented, Family loving ambiance, well-

known food industries in the Philippines and of course high sales with this
amount of financial statements. And, it is demandable in this present times.

#1: SIGN UP WITH A STOCK TRADER

The next part is to sign up with a stock trader. This is the process that some people feel will be
painstaking and difficult but please do not worry. The setup and processes are very simple. There are
many stock traders across the Philippines who have made the process simple.

I have found the most popular and user-friendly service is COL Financial. They are an online trader which
means they set up an online account for you and you then deposit your funds. Once this has been done
you will then be able to buy your stocks. COL Financial is an online trader which means you have full
control over your stock from whatever you are in the world. The great thing is they also take care of the
taxes too which is a bonus! There are several other companies out there who run a similar service but
from my own experience COL are the easiest to use.

#2: DEPOSIT FUNDS WITH THE STOCK TRADER

Once you have filled in the application form and your account has been opened with your chosen stock
trader you can then deposit your funds. Most stock traders will have a business account that you can
send it through normally this can be sent through 7/11 or BDO, security bank, or any other online
banking services.

After a day or two, your funds should be available on your profile / in your account. The end of the
second stage of how to invest in Jollibee stocks brings us on to the final step.

7. Lessons learned from financial markets subject.

A lot of Lesson Has been tackle in this semester and one thing that catches my
attention that our professor has been given to us. There’s always a risk if you
take action in the real-world situation it is not simple to do business you must
earned it and make a progress because every successful companies have been
in the depth of loss and as a business you must know how to negotiate, know the
fundamentals, risks and the people itself. Many well-known companies around
the worlds who’s careful in giving their services and the products just to satisfy its
consumer. And one last thing people who are not up for the risk is a living proof
of living the fantasies and those people who just think but didn’t take action on
their objective are not progressing. Financial Markets thought us to be careful in
those hindrances that can affect not just yourself but the business you are
making or expanding it.
