STIX FURNITURE

In this case study of two business partners named as Clarke and Bessinger we came across
various innovative idea proposed by both of them for the growth of their company, Stix
furniture. Clarke being a graduate in social science focused on expanding the Muskoka chair’s
sales to more and more cottage countries (Canada and United States Of America) whereas
Bessinger was of the view in concentrating into more products and manufacture them for
insuring long term success.

Clarke believed that expanding the sales in cottage countries would help them fetch large
discounts, like in Canada. Ontario’s cottage country had a population of 395,500 residents and
the number doubled in summer months which gave them the hope of increasing the sales. He
