The EXR750 load bank package can be used to test up to 510 kW
@ 480 VAC or 797 kW @ 600 VAC. The unit can either be towed by a
standard pick up truck or placed on a flat bed trailer. It consists of Length (556.3 cm) 219”
a standard K580 package with Experium controls. The K580 trailer- Width (223.5 cm) 88”
mounted load bank system consists of a heavy duty trailer designed
for highway travel with a permanently mounted K575 load bank. Height (205.7 cm) 81”
Weight (1814.4 kg) 4,000 lbs.

• The EXR750 load bank is an outdoor unit designed to absorb a

Product Details
• The units are equipped with a screen and louvers, mounted on the
inlet and the outlet to protect the motor and resistor assembly from
the weather.
• The Trailer will accommodate up to an additional 2300 lbs of cable
and equipment weight.
• The control power is derived from an onboard control power trans-
former that steps the incoming supply voltage ( can be internal or
external) down to 120 VAC for controls.
• Full network integration and remote control system integrates all load
bank functions, controls, operations and reporting into the Network
Management System, so the load bank can be operated remotely
from the Network Operations Center. See additional attachment.
