FACT :

1. Approach to the comfort theory developed by Kolcaba and offers comfort as the forefront
nursing process.
2. Comfort theory is effective for overcome pain which is influenced by factors
psychospiritual like anxiety.
3. Pain can be affected by feelings anxiety due to hospitalization by facing an unfamiliar
environment and previous pain experiences.
4. Nosocomial infection in hospital can be caused by one of them is due to the presence of
a visitor or family (WHO, 2002).
5. Injury due to this surgery will activate the nociceptors for releasing the chemical to be
passed on by the kornudorsalis and proceed to the brain as the perception of pain
