SMOOTHIE RECIPE IDEAS

PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE


Ingredients: 1 cup ice cubes, 1 cup sweet potato (cooked), 1/2 cup
pumpkin puree, 1 banana (frozen), 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp
ginger, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 cup walnuts, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1
tbsp maple syrup, 1 1/2 cup low-fat milk

Directions: Add ice, sweet potatoe, pumpkin puree, and frozen banana to a
blender. Add cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Add walnuts. Add vanilla extract,
maple syrup, and low-fat milk. Blend and serve.

CHOCOLATE COVERED BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE


Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup low-fat milk, 1 cup blueberries (frozen), 1
banana, 2 dattes (pitted & chopped), 1 cup spinach, 1 tbsp
almond butter, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tbsp hemp
seeds.

Directions: Add low-fat milk, blueberries, banana, dates, and spinach to a


blender. Add in the almond butter. Add in the cocoa powder and hemp seeds.
Blend and serve.

PB & J SMOOTHIE
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup low-fat milk, 1/2 cup strawberries
(frozen), 1/2 cup cherries (pitted & frozen), 1/2 frozen banana, 2
tbsp no-salt added peanut butter, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2
cup rolled oats (uncooked)

Directions: Add in low-fat milk, strawberries, cherries, and banana to a


blender. Add in the almond butter, vanilla extract, and uncooked oats. Blend
and serve.

CARROT CAKE SMOOTHIE


Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup low-fat milk, 1 banana (frozen), 1/2 cup
carrots, 1/2 cup sweet potato (cooked), 2 dates (pitted &
chopped), 1/4 cup walnuts, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 tsp vanilla
extract , 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions: Add in low-fat milk, banana, carrots, sweet potato, and dates to a
blender. Add in the walnuts, chia seeds, vanilla extract, ginger, nutmeg, and
cinnamon. Blend and serve.

SNICKER BAR SMOOTHIE


Ingredients: 1 cup low-fat milk, 1 cup vanilla greek
yogurt, 3 dates (pitted & chopped), 1 cup spinach, 2 tbsp
no-salt added peanut butter, 1/4 cup peanuts, 2 tbsp
cocoa powder

Directions: Add in low-fat milk, yogurt, dates and spinach to a


blender. Add in the peanut butter, peanuts, and unsweetened cocoa
pwder. Blend and serve.

TRIPLE BERRY SMOOTHIE


Ingredients: 1 banana, 1 cup strawberries (frozen), 1 cup
blackberries (frozen), 1 cup raspberries, 1 1/4 cup low-fat milk,
1/2 cup unsweetened greek yogurt

Directions: Add in banana, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, milk, and


yogurt to a blender. Blend and serve.
