• Two digit number that indicates the per cent of
maximum displacement the pump is set at.
• Range from 70-00 , 00 is 100 %
• Typically pump model is specified at 100% because
the controls and valves selected will determine the
maximum flow of the pump.

Factory Setting of Pump Displacement


• Two digit number that indicates the per cent of
maximum displacement the pump is set at.
• Range from 70-00 , 00 is 100 %
• Example : If desired maximum displacement from
the factory is 50 cc/r for a P2060, the code selected
is 83
– 50/60 = 83%

Input Drive Shaft Code


• Two digit number that indicates the shaft type
desired.
• Refer to chart to determine which shafts are
available with each pump size.
• P2/P3 use the same shafts
• Shaft Input Torque ratings need to be considered

Pressure Compensator Setting


•Two digit code that represents the
factory setting of the pressure
compensator in “ tens of bar”
•For example, “32” means 320 Bar
•Range is 10-32 (100 Bar to 320 Bar )
•1 bar = 14.5 PSI

Differential Pressure Setting


• Two digit code that represents the factory
setting of the load sense differential in Bar.
• For example, “20” means 20 Bar
• Range is 10-35 (10 Bar to 35 Bar )
• Typically 20 Bar is a good setting.
• PA setting is “00” (Does not apply to PA)
• The load sense standby pressure is 1-2 Bar
above the differential setting.

• “N” Single Shaft Seal Buna

• “60” two digit code for torque control


setting which is specified as a percentage
of maximum pump torque.
• “TA” , “TB” must be between 20-60%
“TC” , “TD” must be between 50-90%

Thru Drive Options
• S1 = No thru drive
• T1 = Pump is machined for thru drive, but supplied with
sealed cover plate.
• A1 = SAE A thru drive, 2 Bolt with 9T spline
• A2 = SAE A thru drive, 2 Bolt with 11T spline
• B1 = SAE B thru drive, 2 Bolt with B spline
• B2 = SAE B thru drive, 2 Bolt with BB spline
• C1 = SAE C thru drive, 2 Bolt with C spline
• C2 = SAE C thru drive, 2 Bolt with CC spline, 145 size only
• C3 = SAE C thru drive, 4 Bolt with C spline

“2” = Pump shipped from the factory as the front pump in a
multiple pump assembly.
“3” = Pump shipped from the factory as the middle pump in a
multiple pump assembly.
“4” = Pump shipped from the factory as the rear pump in a
multiple pump assembly.

■Note: When selecting model codes for multiple pump


assemblies, consider the mounting flange orientation relative to
the thru drive flange to assure the ports are aligned as desired.

pump will result in the
pump ports being turned
