WORK EXPERIENCE:
Having 11 years experience in various Bulk Drug manufacturing industries, for the last 7 years
working with Aurobindo as an executive. Since 2003 to 2008 working in production department,
then I have been transferred to PPIC department in 2008 to till date.

JOB PROILE:

 Responsible for overall activities of PPIC.

 Production planning of APIs & Intermediates based on equipment facility and capacity.
 Day to day co-ordination to Head Office & Factory team to ensure implementation of production
plan.
 APIs, Intermediates and Raw Materials planning based on Projection/ Requirement.
 Check raw materials availability against given production plan, and Providing required Raw
Materials and Intermediates by coordinating with purchase dept to production department.
 Review Daily & weekly production planning on basis of monthly production plan.
 Coordinate with marketing dpt. to plan the production schedule and timely delivery.
 To review monthly statements and making a note if any deviations.
 To prepare / review monthly production review reports (production plan and capacity utilization,
Yield, key raw materials and Solvents CC’s).
 Reports – Daily Production Report, Monthly RM Requirement Report, Weekly Critical RM
Requirement Report and Non Moving APIs, Intermediates and Raw Materials Report.
 Inventory controls of R.M. & Consumables, Minimizing Excess/ Non Moving inventory.
