Kira Le’Mons

Kira Le’Mons is a graduating senior at Norcross High school. Peachtree Corners,

Georgia. Where she is working diligently to graduate, which is set in May of 2021.
Where she will then enroll in Georgia Gwinnett College to complete her first two
years of college where she will then likely transfer to a major university, like
Georgia State or Kennesaw University and major in business or marketing. Kira is
also thinking about taking a couple of years off from school to fulfill her life long
dream in traveling the world. Where she will then return to school after her
travels.

Kira has spent her last four years of high school developing very useful skills that
are helpful in her school life and future professional life. Those skills are learning
to work effectively with her peers, communication, time management, and money
management. While in 3DE Kira created a small school-based business, selling
cake pops. She and a peer created the business and it took off. Kira has also
recently learned to stay organized, work independently, self regulation and to take
initiative when doing her work.

Everyone who has worked with Kira has found her very focus, good at
communicating, and very easy to work with on projects or tasks. Previously in
school Kira was a co-partner in a business in school that was very successful.
Some short term and long term goals of mine are first a short term goal of mine is
to graduate high school with a 3.5 GPA. Another short term goal is to get the
HOPE scholarship and apply to colleges. A long term goal of mine to graduate
college with a major in Business and to minor is marketing. Other goals that kira
wishes to achieve are traveling and maintaining a steady lifestyle.

When Kira has free time she loves to cook, play the piano, work out, go hiking,
swim, and go and explore the outdoors. She even uses some of those business
skills while in 3DE for her side job painting shoes. Kira also enjoys painting and
drawing whenever she has the chance.

After completing the first semester of the consultancy experience she has learned
many new things. She has learned how it has felt to be a part of a real company and
helping diligently solving problems. Kira has also learned that she enjoys helping
companies solve problems and she might see a future in helping more companies
with similar problems. The consultancy experience has given her a new point of
view when working with companies and others.
