It is with great pleasure that I write this letter endorsing Kyle Evert. While managing the
Mathnasium Learning Center in St. Charles, IL, I had the privilege of employing Kyle as an
instructor for our students. After just a few months of getting to know Kyle and witnessing his
consistently good attitude and dedication, I promoted Kyle to the position of Lead Instructor.
Kyle’s primary role is to provide effective math instruction to students ranging in grade level from
first grade through college. On any given day, Kyle will teach concepts using our curriculum to
over sixteen students individually and assist students with their homework covering topics all the
way up through calculus. He is also responsible for assessing students on their progress, providing
feedback to students and updating individual learning plans as needed. I count on Kyle to ensure
with me that the rest of our staff is managed in a way that facilitates efficient instruction and
positive interactions with students enrolled at the center. Kyle demonstrates impressive
leadership by speaking with parents on a daily basis to review student achievement and
communicate goals he worked on with their children during their sessions.

Kyle is an asset to Mathnasium and he approaches every shift with professionalism and a
contagious enthusiasm for his job. He makes connections with students quickly and is able to
discern their needs in a way that helps them feel instantly comfortable under his instruction. I
have received numerous compliments on Kyle’s behalf from students and parents. Many
students specifically request him for their sessions. Not only is he gifted in the area of math, but
also an exemplary individual that holds himself to the highest of standards. He is always punctual,
kind, respectful and ready to give his 100% to the students and staff at the center.

Kyle has helped many students find a love for math and experience success in their classes.
Without hesitation, I fully recommend Kyle for every education position he chooses to pursue.
