6 : Shelf life of product

● This product should be stored for no more than 6 months while in the refrigerator at
-18°C.

● When manufactured, it is placed in a freezing chamber of -25°C - -35°C.

● The higher the fat content in the ice cream the better the life expectancy.

● Pre-packing product shelf life without preservatives:

i).milk: 1 month-45 days

ii).Creamy: 1-2 months
iii).Sundue: 2-3 months
iiii). Waffle cups and popsicles: depending on the fat content
iv). Fruits: 1 month
v).Free frozen dessert: 45 days
vii). ice cream cake: 1-3 months

​2.7 : Targeted Customer

The factory targets all groups of people regardless of age limit. It is free from children, adults
and the elderly. Around the North are the focus of marketing.
