I was a student of Juan R. Liwag Memorial High School but now I am in my senior high school year.

Senior High School is way different from Junior High School. Because in Senior High School, it’s feels
like I am in college. Like we are being prepared for what college is becoming of us. There are different
strand like STEM, HUMSS, ABM, and TVL but I chose HUMSS. A lot of people maybe are wondering
as to what is the meaning behind the acronym HUMSS. Well, HUMSS stands for Humanities and Social
Sciences. I am proud to be a HUMSS student and I chose it because I want to challenge myself and I
learned a lot in this strand. In this strand, it helps me to perform and gain confidence and to my ambition
which is to live and enhance my talents to be ready in college and become a professional.

One of the great impact of my life as a HUMSS student, to be honest I can’t imagine that it was hard to be
one. The lessons are not as boring as I thought and I think that learning is a continual stage. With all the
pressure I experience as a student, I don’t felt any discouragement. Thanks to the teachers, they help us
to have courage and give us enough knowledge to our course. Being a HUMSS student, is such a good
time. And I am proud to be one. The people such as my classmates where very friendly and the school
teaches good education and values.
