MINUTES TAKEN DURING THE 2nd REGULAR MEETING OF THE DORECO

ACCREDITED ELECTRICIANS ASSOCIATION {DOAEA} HELD AT DORECO
RECREATION CENTER, NATIONAL HIGHWAY, MADANG, BARANGAY CENTRAL, CITY
OF MATI, DAVAO ORIENTAL LAST MARCH 28, 2021.

PRESENT:

At exactly 1:30 in the afternoon, the 2ND REGULAR MEETING was called to
order by the Presiding Officer, Pres. Restituto M. Pada (DOAEA President).

THE CHAIR: The 2ndt Regular meeting is now called to order. Requesting
everyone to please stand for the Opening Prayer to be led by MR. EDELITO
BUALAN.
OPENING PRAYER

IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER, AND OF THE SON, AND OF THE HOLY
SPIRIT, AMEN.

OUR THANKS AND WORSHIP AND GIVE YOUR HONOR ABOVE ALL.

TODAY IS OUR 2ND REGULAR MEETING. WE ASK YOU TO BLESS US

THE CHAIR: Good afternoon, officers and members of the DOAEA. Good
afternoon also to our Support Services of the DORECO ACCREDITED ELECTRICIANS
headed by our Acting Secretary, Mr. Minvic A. Silva.

THE SECRETARY: Good afternoon Pres.

THE CHAIR: To our Doreco Accredited Electricians who have joined us here
and of course to everyone inside the Recreation Doreco Covered Court once
again, good afternoon. Mr. Secretary what is our Agenda.

THE SECRETARY: Roll Call

THE CHAIR: Proceed with the roll call

THE SECRETARY: At this juncture, the Secretary immediately called the roll to
determine if there is a quorum.

THE CHAIR: Next item.

THE SECRETARY: Reading and Consideration of the previous minutes of the

Doreco Accredited Electricians dated November 21, 2020, Pres Chair.

THE CHAIR: I believe all members were furnished copies of the said minutes, any
corrections to be introduced? {Silence..} if there are no corrections to be
introduced?

BOD BUALAN: (Raised his right hand).

BOD BUALAN: Thank you so much, Presiding Officer, good morning to

everyone. Presiding Officer, Sir I move for the adoption of the minutes dated
AUGUST 12, 2020 as amended. I do so move. -Duly seconded by all members
present –
FOR ADOPTION are as follows:
1. AGENDA # 01 = FORM / ORGANIZE AN ASSOCIATION name
DORECO ACCREDITED ELECTRICIANS ASSOCIATION.
2. AGENDA # 02 = ELECTION OF OFFICERS
 3. AGENDA # 03 = FIXING OF THE DATE OF THE MONTHLY
OFFICERS MEETING AND MEMBERSHIP GENERAL ASSEMBLY.

THE CHAIR: There was a motion for the adoption of the minutes of the 1 st Regular
meeting dated August 12, 2020 and the AGENDA 01 TO 03 as amended on motion
of Mr. Bualan, duly seconded by Mr. Nelson Abatayo, Mr. Alexander Diala and Mr.
Candido Basilisco. Any objections? Discussions? {Silence….} none noted, motion
is carried. Next item.

THE SECRETARY: For Question Hour, no guest invited. Privilege Hour. Other
Reports and Observations.

THE CHAIR: There was a motion of Mr. Policarpo C. Hetio of AGENDA # 04

– DESIGNATING THE DEPOSITORY BANK OF THE ASSOCIATION AND APPOINTING
THE AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE. This Agenda # 4 was pending and for discussion by
the body. The Officers and members move for the next meeting.

MR. HETIO: This Agenda, Pres Chair was already discussed during the meeting
dated August 12, 2020, now would like to make of the officers and membners of
the Association. But the later was made and motioned by Mr. Nelson Abatayo,
duly seconded by Mr. Edelito Bualan, it was resolved that the Members of the
Association approved to open a Depository Bank of the Association in order to
safeguard the money collected to the members.

THE CHAIR: I think it is all agreed. Anyway, the function naman talaga ng
mga Members of the Association is recommendatory in nature. We can only
recommend and everything will be at the discretion of the Officers and Members
of the Board {Association}. So the resolution is a form of a request for the
consideration of the said ano, so, I think we all agreed. Request the Board of
Directors to make a resolution of the following Agenda 1 to 4 including the
Agenda
# 5 – The Adoption of the 7 % share of the Association from the Total Labor
Charges, based on the Approved Tariff Labor Charges of the Accredited
Electricians.

THE CHAIR: Next item .

THE SECRETARY: All items had been properly discussed, Pres Chair, under
adoption of Agenda and its Resolution.

THE SECRETARY: Adjournment to be followed by closing prayer by BID Nelson

Abatayo.

THE CHAIR: BOD Abatayo for the motion for adjournment after which everyone is
requested to stand for the closing prayer to be led by BOD. Abatayo.

THE CHAIR: There was a motion for the adjournment, seconded by all members
