The document outlines the elements to be addressed in an end of module reflection, including the acquisition of new knowledge, inquiry into that knowledge, discussion with others, practicing the new knowledge in one's own context, collaboration, and producing an output. It provides guidance on discussing the key lessons learned, their importance, any aspects disagreed with, and how the learning may influence personal leadership. Students are also prompted to discuss how the new knowledge is important to them, how their thinking has changed, if it led to more learning, and how they will apply what they learned in the future through actions, differences in behavior, relevance to their context, and suggestions for the module.
