RE: DEMAND LETTER

Dear Ma’am Gonzaga:
We write on behalf of our client, MR. HERNANE N. BAÑAS JR
regarding your failure to return the amount of THREE THOUSAND PESOS (Php
3,000.00).
We were informed by our client that he hired you as a household worker. In
view of your prospective employment as such, you were expected to physically
report for work at our client’s residence on an agreed upon date. Consequently, you
and our client agreed on an arrangement that he will shoulder your travel expenses
in order for you to physically report for work on the said agreed upon date. The
amount supposedly in representation of the travel expenses was pegged at THREE
THOUSAND PESOS (Php 3,000.00).
In view thereof, you are hereby given five (5) days from receipt hereof to
pay the foregoing amount of THREE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 3,000.00).
Otherwise, we will be constrained to file necessary legal action against you to
protect the interest of our client.

We trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention
to avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation.
