1 Car Driver
Since I drive everyday but never actually
observe angkot other than getting mad at them
for breaking the traffic regulations and accusing
them as the cause of traffic jam.
2 Street Walker Because it is easy to do and relate to.
3 Angkot Passenger
I have been a passenger for a few times before
and feel that angkot drivers are reckless in the
street and impatient. I want to observe them
from the same side I usually experienced but
with deeper observation.
4 Motorcycle Driver
Because it feels that it was easier to observe
and feel the experience from this role since i do
this almost everyday.
5 Online Transport Passanger
I want to know how to add more convenience
to the already convenient ojek online.
YOUR FEELINGS AND EXPERIENCE
As “disturbing” as angkot can be to other vehicles especially
cars, I could not help but feel that instead of angkot, the
main cause of street traffic jam is private transports like
mine where one car only carry one passenger.
As a street walker, I feel scared to walk past the street
because unlike Simpang Dago, there was no zebra cross in
Maleber Street. Also, the vehicles there are driving too fast.
It got worse because some angkot drive recklessly. I had to
be extra careful when crossing.
From a closer look, I can see why angkot drivers are usually
impatient and reckless. For picking up and dropping off
passengers, they need to be handy and quick. Plus, the
money they earn is sometimes not worthy (from an
annoying passenger).
It was tiring, when a vehicle abruptly get to the side of the
street it make me mad, and at the time the street was
crowded it was frustrating to wait for the cars that move
slower than motorcycle.
I feel like Ojek Online can be improve by making sure that
every driver has extra raincoat for their passenger, mask and
hair net.
 Because I think public transportation driver felt I feel like its really hard for the angkot driver to find
