Referring to Musanada Project no (PD/CA/BPS/SP/R878/P231-2015-DMAT/17/138) Titled as
“Extension of Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street at Umm-e-lafina island to Connect Al-Reem
Island- Contract 01 and further to Abudhabhi Municipality General Approval form for Vendor
registration Para no 6a,6b,7b, and7c (attached and highlighted in the below page) regarding
setting up of “In house testing facility at Crusher Location”, We would like to request and
consider as below

1. Conditional/Temporary approval as “Registered vendor” based on “Frequent/Routine (as

required) testing of Our product by Stanger Alhothy third party laboratory for the
mentioned project only.

2. Expecting consideration and approval
