The Teacher- Friendly Guide

Time of Exam:

1.Exam should commence at 3pm.

2.Respected exam invigilators should strictly follow allocated time and they should not give extra time
to students.

Listening Exam:

1. Aziz’s classroom should be set for 17 students- Mr.Aziz is in charge of exam hall setting.

2.Test begins with listening: Mr.Abdushukur and Ms.Manizha are in charge of setting audios in computer
lab & Aziz’s classroom.

3.Tahmina’s group should take the listening test in computer lab & the rest of the students should take
it in Aziz’s classroom.

4.Listening question paper should be distributed to students along with answer sheet @2.55pm as @
sharp 3pm actual exam should commence.

5.Ten minutes should be given for transferring answers into answer sheet.

6. Aziz’s classroom exam invigilator is Mr. Abdushukur & computer lab exam invigilator is Ms.Manizha.

Reading exam:

1.All exam takers should use Aziz’s classroom for reading part.One hour is given. The answer sheet must
be given to the students for transferring their answers.

2. Ms.Manizha is fully in charge of exam hall (Aziz’s classroom) for the reading section of IELTS exam.

3.Time must be strictly followed.

Writing exam:

1. Mr.Sadi has to distribute writing questions.

2. Twenty minutes- given for Task 1 & 40 minutes- for Task 2
3. Along with exam paper there should be separate lined A4 paper for essays- refer to
Mr.Abdushukur
4. In total ONE hour is given for writing part

Speaking exam:

1. All teachers are involved for taking the speaking part.

2. Speaking exam process and students’ answers for all three parts must be recorded.
3. Respected teachers are requested to allocate only 10 minutes for each exam taker.
 4. Each teacher will have 4 students apart from some.
5. Questions of all parts are sent – check your telegram or what’s up.
6. All the recordings should be given to Mr.Abdushukur for filing.
7. Speaking examiners should consider speaking marking criteria: fluency and coherence (FC) =
how clear and structured is speech; lexical resource (LR) = how good is vocabulary;
pronunciation (P) = how naturally the students sound; & grammatical range and accuracy
(GRA) = how good is grammar.

Allocation of Teachers for speaking exam

1. Mr.Aziz- can take the tests of Tahmina, Mavluda, Dilnoza & Omina
2. Ms. Aziza- can take the tests of Ahmed, Manizha, Muhibullo & Muazzama
3. Mr.Sadi- can take the tests of Anisa, Tahmina, Mohamed & Sunatullo
4. Ms.Manizha- can take Gangina and two other Ms. Aziza’s students.
5. Mr.Abdushukur-can take the tests of 3 other Ms.Aziza’s students
