Dear Sir,

Reference is made to the trailing E Mail given by CA Manager of M/s GVHL, based on the
Exigency Situation and circumstances and since nothing is pending from B2 certifying staff
from Maintenance Point of view, this plea of CA Manager from M/s GVHL is ACCEPTED.

The pilot shall carryout the operations check of Radio items and its serviceability check
INCLUDING ELT, but if any snag persists, it has to be cleared from B2 certifying staff.

Th APM Physical survey report be made and sent to O/o DDG, WR, Mumbai accordingly. This
E mail shall be quoted as an authority of its acceptance.

Reference may please be to the request for physical inspection of our

AS350B3 helicopter VT-GVF, MSN: 4692, currently located at Kochi, Kerala.

Further to the discussions with your good office, travel plans were made for Cat.B2 engineer and myself so
as to be in Kochi on 23rd
of April 2021 to associate with the physical inspection of the helicopter. However, both of the two Cat.B2
engineers of our maintenance agency M/s. Indocopters Private Ltd have been diagnosed Covid-19 positive
and they cannot travel presently (Copy of test
reports attached).

It is confirmed that all inspections/checks as per the approved AMP, including those pertaining to
Radio/Navigation equipment, were carried out
as and when due, corresponding log book entries have been made and nothing is pending for compliance.
ELT annual inspection was carried out on 21/08/2020 and operational check with portable tester was
carried out on 05/04/2021 (Snapshot attached). Cat.B1 engineer
and type rated pilot are available with the helicopter to associate with the inspection.

In view of the above, it is requested that physical inspection of the helicopter VT-GVF may please
be carried out on 23/04/2021, as planned earlier.
