Poultry Backyard Livelihood Farming (400 Farms)

I. Executive summary.
- Our Company has been in this line of this for 18 years and we have the technical and the
logistical capabilities to continue exist and dominate the market. Our expertise and our
know-how of the business still in our core.
II. Company description.
- Year 2002 Our company has been established in the year 2002 as an exclusive
distributor of poultry meat of then Swift Foods, Inc. with 3-delivery trucks.
- Year 2009 to 2013 we started to produce and our own poultry farms. We grow from 3
to 12 delivery trucks. But due to the damage we incurred in Typhoon Haiyan we have to
stop our farms and we reduced our delivery trucks back to 3.
- Year 2015 we produced our own processed meat (Spring Roll and Local Hotdogs)
employing around 60 people as a Livelihood.
- Year 2019 we decided to start up a Livelihood Program of Backyard Poultry farming.
With the goal of giving business to farmers, retirees, and small entrepreneurs. This also
will cater the need for constant supply to be distributed by the company.
III. Market analysis.
- Poultry Industry in our Region is a booming industry and it is continuously growing at a
rate of 10 to 20 % a year. This is attributed to the availability, affordability, and easy to
produce of this product. Pork, Beef, and fish supplies are not an ample supply.
IV. Organization and Management.
- We still have the loyal staff who started the business with us.
- New young trainees in who are being trained in production and marketing of our
products.
V. Service or product line.
- Production of poultry Chicken, Poultry meat, Pork processed meat.
VI. Marketing and sales.
- We are still catering the traditional supermarkets, groceries, and other institutions.
- We are also developing an Exclusive Retailing Stores that will cater our product
exclusively to avoid price competition and give another livelihood to rural areas.
VII. Funding request.
- We need Funding for Poultry Farm Livelihood Program for at least p10,000,000.00 every
year for 3-years or more or less P30,000,000.00
- We are open for EQUITY or DEBT FINANCE.
- We give this generous offer to our INVESTOR(s) because we do believe without their
funds, we cannot realize the business that will give employment and livelihood to
thousands of Filipinos.
- We emphasize to our Investor that they are not only EARNING on their INVESTMENT
but also HELPING and TRANSFORMING the lives of Filipino families.

A. OPTION 1 - PARTNERSHIP 25,000,000.00 1% INTEREST MONHTLY plus 50% of net Profit for life(p250,000+50% of net profit).
B. OPTION 2 - PARTNERSHIP 20,000,000.00 1% INTEREST MONHTLY plus 40% of net Profit for life (p200,000+40% of net profit).
C OPTION 3 - PARTNERSHIP 15,000,000.00 1% INTEREST MONHTLY plus 30% of net Profit for life (p150,000+30% of net profit).
D OPTION 4 - PARTNERSHIP 10,000,000.00 1% INTEREST MONHTLY plus 20% of net Profit for life (p100,000+20% of net profit).
E OPTION 5 - PARTNERSHIP 5,000,000.00 1% INTEREST MONHTLY plus 10% of net Profit for life (p50,000+10% of net profit).

VIII. Financial projections.


- We are expecting that in 1st year if the plan is followed it will generate profit and 3 years
it will be self-operating and generating enough profit to grow and sustain the business.
IX. Social Impact.
- Our goal is to empower economically thousands of farmers, ordinary workers, retirees,
small entrepreneurs with a small capital (p100k-200K) to build their own business in this
lucrative industry which is dominated by Big companies, Big businessmen, and Rich
individuals.
- Our goal that it will be duplicated in every region in the entire nation.
