Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

Sub: Confirmation of Graduation Project for your students

We are in receipt of request letters/emails from students of your Institute for an internship
with us for a period of fourteen weeks commencing from 11 th January 2021 at Silver Spark
Apparel Ltd. – II, Gauribidanuru.

Considering their request and your recommendation, we are pleased to permit Three (3)
number of student/s as per the list enclosed in mail to undergo the said internship at the
designated locations for a period of six weeks commencing from 11 th January 2021 to 16th
April 2021 on the following terms and conditions:

1. In view of the COVID-19 pandemic following rules are to be strictly adhered to by

students of your Institute :
a. He/she is required to submit a COVID-19 negative certificate which is issued by
Bangalore authorities after they come to Bangalore. Such certificate should not
be dated earlier than 8th January 2021.
b. He/she is required to make arrangements, at own cost, in such a way that
he/she is not required to travel by Public Transport.
c. He /She is required to submit copies of valid Medical and Personal Accident
Insurance Policies of appropriate sum assured to meet medical expenses and
other incidental expenses should such exigencies arise.
d. He /she should strictly adhere to COVID-19 protocols and SOPs issued from time
to time. Current SOPs are enclosed for your reference.
2. He/she is required to display his/ her ID cards of one’s respective institutes all the
time.
3. He/she is required to carry all their testimonials including the letter issued by you in
support of their candidature for internship
4. He/she will always abide by the rules and regulations of the factory they are allocated
to undergo training.
5. He/she has to meet the minimum attendance requirement of 98% during training
period.
6. He/she should follow prudent safety norms and that of the unit allocated to avoid any
kind of accident(s) during his/her training period. If any breakage or accident occurs
due to his/her negligence, he/she would be held responsible/accountable.
7. He/she will be given an assignment/project based on mutual requirements which
he/she has to take-up and will have to submit a report to us.

 8. His/her training will be closely monitored by you and incase it is reported that his/her
aptitude or attitude towards the training is not satisfactory; this arrangement is liable
to be terminated.
9. Since the training is a part of the curriculum/practical training, the company shall be
in no way responsible for providing any employment or retaining him/her after
completion of training.
10.He will not be paid any salary or stipend or any other allowances for undergoing
Internship/training and shall have to bear all expenses on his /her own. Similarly, no
accommodation or any such facility would be provided by the company.
11.The facility of consumption of Breakfast and Lunch, from the canteen will however be
extended by respective work place on to pay basis.
12.On successful completion of the training and on submission of his/her Project Report,
he/she would be issued a certificate by us.
13.He/she is expressly prohibited to either access or use any information, data, policy,
technical or administrative knowhow of a sensitive or confidential nature that may
come into his/her knowledge during the course of association with the company for
whatsoever purpose, without the explicit written permission of the company.
14.In the event that any misbehavior or misconduct is reported, it would be well within
the rights of the company to prematurely terminate the Internship at it’s sole
discretion.
15.The foregoing is without prejudice to any of the rights of the company.

You may inform selected students as per the list enclosed to report to Mr. Prasad from the
date of commencement of this Internship at the addresses M/s. Silver Spark Apparel Ltd. – II,
No. 4/2A, 2B & 5/3A, 3B, Gundapura Village, Kasaba Hobli, Gauribidanur Taluk,
Chikkaballapur Dist.
