2) Period of Stay

• Move-in Dates: Move-in during the weekend is allowed within the designated dates only and no later than 5 pm.

Log in to the Portal System: https://portal.sejong.ac.kr/jsp/login/loginSSL.jsp
Step 1
ID: Student ID, PW(DoB 8 digits YYYYMMDD for the first login)

Step 2
Apply ※ For new applicants, select 'new', and for extension, select 'extension'.
Step 3 Print out the invoice, make the payment

5) Payment
A full payment should be made in advance in Korean WON to a designated bank within the specified time period indicated in the invoice.

6) Announcement of Selected Applicants

The result will be announced on the notice board and e-mailed individually.

7) Required Documents for Selected Applicants

Passport sized photo, Passport or an Alien Registration Card, Health certificate (TB, hepatitis B), Korean bankbook photocopy

8) Global Roommate Program

You can apply for the Global Roommate Program if you want a Korean roommate to share language and culture. Considering gender, religion,
etc., global room-mate might not be assigned.

The Happy Dormitory – SaeNal-gwan

1. Location
- 3 minutes from the Sejong University campus by walk.

2. Notes
- No cafeteria in the building; you should find places to eat on your own (ex: campus cafeteria).
- Microwave ovens are available in a small kitchenette.
- You can use a washing machine.

3. Main room features

A. Heating & air conditioning: Ceiling-mounted air conditioner; floor heating.
B. Internet access: LAN port on the wall; free Wi-Fi connection.
C. Toilet & shower: One in each room.

2. Things you need to know before applying

- 13th Fl.: Rooms for three; 14th Fl.: Rooms for four
- Has a curfew: 24:00 - 06:00; access is restricted.
- No cafeteria in the building; you should find places to eat on your own (ex: campus cafeteria).
- Microwave ovens are available in a small kitchenette.
- Washing machines are available for a fee of 1,000 won per load.
