To: All Members of Staff and Visitors From: Managing Director Date: Monday 16" March 2020 Subject: COVID 19- Interim Safety Protocol ‘As you all are well aware, our country along with the rest of the world is facing a pandemic brought on by COVID-19, also called the Corona Virus. There has been four (4) confirmed cases to date in our country, and as a result, the government has implemented measures to reduce the spread of the disease. As a company and as responsible citizens, we too must play an important part in ensuring that this deadly virus does not become rampant in our work environment, community and our nation. As of 17" March 2020, Ramdial Transport Limited will be instituting the following safety protocol at work as part of our efforts to reducing the spread of the virus and ensuring a safer work environment for all. SAFETY PROTOCOL 4. Employee screening will commence at Zam every moming in the reception area (area outside main stores). A member of the Health and Safety Unit will be present to administer the screening which will involve taking your body temperature and a visual assessment for any symptoms associated with the Corona Virus. Anyone who 2. Visitors will be subjected to this screening as well. The Stores personnel will contact the Health and Safety Unit who will respond and perform the screening. 3. All communal areas such as the kitchen, lobby, washroom, handrails etc. will be continuously sanitized during the day. 4. All employees are encouraged to keep the work environment clean and to dispose of their garbage in the bins provided. 5. All employees are encouraged to practice good hygiene, such as, washing hands regularly and covering mouth and hands when sneezing or coughing. 6. There will be a 2" screening in the afternoon at 1pm. Please make every effort to be screened twice. 7. Employees are encouraged to inform the Health and Safety Unit if they are experiencing any symptoms associated with the virus. 8. Anyone who exhibits symptom(s) associated with the virus will be asked to self- isolate at a designated location onsite until the appropriate actions are taken by the Ministry of Health.
