April 2020
To Whom it May Concern,
I am pleased to recommend Chloe Kuznia for the position of new graduate nurse. I had
the pleasure of working with Chloe during the fall semester of 2020 as a Clinical Instructor at The
University of Arizona College of Nursing in the course entitled “Acute and Chronic Illness
Management II”. This course integrates the principles of advanced medical and surgical nursing
theory, pathophysiology, and pharmacology into high acuity nursing practice. I supervised this
student in a high acuity medical/ surgical online clinical practice setting including intermediate
care and intensive care scenarios. In addition, I observed this student actively participating in
online clinical development sessions including simulated patient care and skills lab settings.
Chloe is a strong student who is a self-directed, independent learner and seeks
experiences which challenge her to grow in the delivery of integrated nursing care. She
demonstrated strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities with high acuity patient
scenarios. She also demonstrated excellent insight into patient and family care needs and used
clear communication skills as a developing nurse.
Chloe’s caring personality and work ethic make her a natural leader. I am confident Chloe
will make great contributions to the nursing profession. She has proven to be very bright, a team
player, and supportive of others. If you have any questions about Chloe’s qualifications please
do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,
Kelly Clark RN
