THE DEPOSITION OF TIFFANY COOPER

TO: Defendant Tiffany Cooper, 9305 Caliente Dr., McKinney, Texas, 75070.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 199 of the Texas Rules of Civil

Procedure, Plaintiff Timberhorn, LLC, by and through their attorneys of record, will take

the deposition of Defendant Tiffany Cooper, beginning at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday,

September 16, 2014.

The deposition will take place at 1700 Pacific Avenue, Suite 3850, Dallas,

Texas, 75201, and will continue from day-to-day until completed, or at any other

mutually convenient time and location. The deposition will be taken by oral examination

before a Certified Court Reporter, Notary Public, or other officer duly authorized to

administer oath. The deposition will be recorded stenographically, and the undersigned

may cause this deposition to be videotaped. All parties are invited to attend and cross-

examine the witness.
